10 Days at the Gold Coast Film Festival

The 2012 Gold Coast Film Festival takes place between April 19 and 29 at the Birch Carroll and Coyle Cinemas, in Southport on Queensland’s Gold Coast. A highlight of the Gold Coast’s annual cultural calendar, this festival shows off some of Queensland’s and Australia’s finest filmmaking talent, with 75 per cent of Queensland’s filmmaking industry located right here on the Gold Coast. Film screenings

The 2012 Gold Coast Film Festival will consist of over 40 film showings, showcasing some of the best in Australian and international film. The majority of the films will be shown between Friday, April 25 and Sunday, April 27, with over 30 screenings taking place over these three days, including seven that are free to attend.
